Patients with history of oxalate kidney stones should not take Xenical(orlistat), because the drug can develop higher oxalate levels in urine, which can increase kidney stone risk. Xenical(olistat) should be stored at room temperature , away from heat, moisture, children, and pets. In overdose case, the person must contact emergency room or local poison center immediately. the drug should be used exactly as prescribed.
