Ear Eczema
Eczema of the ear is a medical condition, in which skin inflammation in the ear canal and external ear is characterized by ear discharge, itching, cracking, peel, and redness symptoms.
Such a condition may cause ear canal and external canal infection. Treatment of eczema of the ear includes applying a solution consisting of aluminum acetate (called Burrow’s solution) to the affected area. A corticosteroid ointment or cream can relieve an inflammation and itching. If the eczema becomes infected, antibiotic can be applied directly to the damaged skin.
Such a condition tends to recur.
